Is This A Zombie? is a Light Novel Harem series made by Shinichi Kimura. Adapted into an anime consisting of two seasons and three OVAS, 1 Drama CD, and three different Mangas; Is This A Zombie? was a particularly interesting harem anime that had a strange but entertaining cast of characters & was surprisingly heartfelt in the midst of goofy shenanigans and intense fight scenes that were peppered throughout it.

Once, Is This A Zombie? was an anime that had a moderate amount of success back in the day, in the late 2000s/early 2010s. Alas, it seems to have been mostly forgotten since then, as a lot of information about it online is unfortunately lacking. Thats why this shrine exists! I wish to make it into not just a place to remember this anime, but to also keep things about it archived!

Is This A Zombie? was, and still is, an important anime to me. It was the first anime I ever watched, and along with the cool ideas and fights that I had seen, alongside the heartfelt moments that occured between the characters, it was one of those foundational things for my perception on gender nonconformity. I mean, you had a dude dressed up as a magical girl kicking the ass of giant freaky beasts from hell. That shit was impressive to a younger me.
